Inspection arrangements are established according to the nature of the transaction and the customer’s requirements. Inspection may occur during lot preparation, before shipment, or at another agreed stage. An independent inspection organization may be appointed where appropriate.
Customers with an active or proposed transaction may request available information concerning confirmed specifications, quantity, packaging, lot-preparation status, available product photographs,inspection arrangements, and proposed shipment timing. Release is subject to verification, confidentiality, commercial status, and contractual rights.
